9:00 a.m. – Federal Enforcement of Civil Rights
Featuring David Knight, Karen Woodard, and Samantha Trepel from the Department of Justice. This panel will be moderated by our very own Professor Wagstaff.
10:00 a.m. – Welch v. United States: A Case Study
Featuring Amir Ali from the MacArthur Center for Justice, Michael Dreeben from O’Melveny & Myers, and special guest petitioner Greg Welch.
11:00 a.m. – Comparing Models for Change in the Criminal Justice System
Featuring Katie Ali and Liz Lockwood from Ali Lockwood, Alexa Milton from Relman Colfax, and Sam Weiss and Oren Nimni from Rights Behind Bars.
